How we work
We look at what you already have: the code, the infrastructure, the processes, the AI you're running, and where the real friction sits. Often an honest audit and a plan you can act on is the whole job.
Then we improve what's worth improving: tighten a process, automate the manual work, tune or add AI where it earns its place, or build new software when that's the right call.
We help put the changes into practice and keep them working: rolled out with your team, then developed and supported as things change. We stay on the hook for what we ship.

Amelancer is named after the Amelanchier, the serviceberry. It's my favourite. There's a bit of "freelancer" tucked in there too, from the years this grew out of. No deeper metaphor than that. Those years are where the way we work comes from: build things properly, ship them, and be straight with the people we work with.
